Babushka baby endeavours to ensure you are happy and wants you to love what you have ordered. Therefore we make every effort to accurately photograph and describe all merchandise; we do however understand that sometimes it is necessary to seek a return or exchange.
If you need to return or exchange your order, please follow the below steps:
step 1. Item must be returned within 10 days of the purchase date found on the receipt.
step 2. Contact us for a return renewal code and return address.
step 3. Repack the item securely along with your receipt and send via express post, with a tracking number confirmation.:
Please note:
Returned merchandise must be unworn, undamaged and in its original condition.
All returns not due to fault, quality or error will incur a delivery fee.
Exchanges will be dealt with promptly and will be resent within 48 hours providing items are in stock.
We will not be responsible for any lost items.
