Babushka Baby is all about uncomplicated design with a cultural spirit, each piece in our collection tells a tale of lands travelled and people met. 

The textiles, colour and folk art of diverse cultures inspire us. We love ikat weaves and beautiful printed fabrics especially block prints.

We believe that natural fabrics are more beautiful than synthetic, both to look at and to wear, so all of our fabrics are 100% cotton, wool or silk.

Our collection is produced ethically in India, this means that the workers have healthy, safe working conditions and fair pay and no forced or child labour. We are committed to doing our small part to help improve the social and economic welfare of the communities of the workers. 

We aim to have a minimal effect on the environment, our bibs, booties and patchwork quilts are made from remnants wherever possible.
